°1 lb sage pork breakfast sausage I highly recommend making your own

°3 tbsp butter

°1/4 cup multipurpose flour

°3 milk cups


In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook the sausages until brown and crumbly. If the oil is excess, drain, keeping a tablespoon of sausage oil in the pan.

2) Add the butter and stir well until melted.

3) Sprinkle the sausages with flour, stir and leave to cook for several minutes.

4) Add milk and stir. Keep stirring occasionally over medium heat until the stock thickens, 5 to 10 minutes.
