IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE

Ingredients:

°1/2 cup butter

 °4 eggs

 °1/2 cup all-purpose flour

 °2 cups milk

 °1/2 cup granulated white sugar

 °1 cup shredded coconut

 °2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Instructions:

STEP 1

Preheat oven 350°F (180°C).

2ND STEP

In a food processor, place all the ingredients together and mix for a few seconds, the time to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

STEP 3

Pour this mixture into a well-greased pie plate with butter or margarine, without a pastry base.

STEP 4

Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

STEP 5

Increase the power of the oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook for another 25 minutes.

STEP 6

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
